Avoid this company at all costs. I used their duct cleaning services once last year. They agreed on a price over the phone, but when the team showed up, they suddenly increased the price on the spot. That alone was a red flag. But what’s worse is what’s happened since: They have been calling me non-stop, every single day, from different phone numbers. I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop and remove my information. The last time I answered, the person on the phone swore at me and used the F-word when I told them to stop harassing me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is beyond poor service — it feels like harassment. Please save yourself the trouble and use literally any other company.
This company did not deliver the full promised service I paid for and stopped responding to my messages when I followed up. Their solicitation and payment practices are very suspect and further research from other people’s experiences suggests this company is FRAUDULENT.
Very Professional extremely courteous and polite.At a same time straight forward and no hidden gimmicks. My entire house ducts furnace and Air Conditioning unit was amazingly Cleaned came with proper equipment with truck mounted equipment and sanitize the entire duct system i can feel the fresh air after they left i would highly recommend any one who want to hire topline for there hvac cleaning thank you team topline.
