The problem began on a Tuesday night with a door lock issue with the washing machine. The problem was resolved by Wednesday morning when I had the good fortune of speaking with Chris at Pambis Appliance. He was so patient with me, trying to and succeeding, in helping me out of the situation. He stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes and after the settings on the machine were reset, Chris asked me to call him back after running another load of laundry through the washer just to let him know how things turned out. Honestly, it's rare thing, in these times, to find a business that still cares and goes out of its way to help a stranger. Thanks again Chris. Cheerio, Shane

Thanks to Peter who has always provided good and honest service to us. He helped with fixing a condo-sized washer unit to give more life to this over 10-year unit. We highly recommend!

Mr. Peter came to my home to repair a dryer. He took some three hours to tell me that the motor is gone. That was fine until Mr.Peter started to pack up to leave after receiving his payment of $101.70 for his service. Mr. Peter took down my meter box cover upon his arrival, there was no wires exposed at this time. So when he was leaving I asked that he put the cover back how he met it so the wires aren’t exposed. He then became irritated telling me that the meter cover was faulty. So I said “ok no problem sir I’ll fix it myself”, he then said “no I will do it because I don’t understand your problem” I felt insulted and was taken back by this and asked him to leave he then stated “I’m not giving you a estimate and I don’t think I want to come back to repair this” at this point I became upset because that was the whole point of me paying the $101.70. After calling my front desk for security assistance he then sent the estimate and was excoriated out of my unit. This was extremely unprofessional and I think Peter need to be assisted mentally and have his anger managed before being sent out to provide services to clients. P.S I called this office and recorded the conversation between him and myself. I will follow up with my review after my call is return. 01.27.2021 Ok so yesterday I got a call from Mr. Chris, telling me that Peter is going to contact me with an apology which I have yet to receive and not to mention Peter Pambis is supposed to be the owner of this “company”. That explained everything.
