Walked in to check out their "computers & laptops" for sale (as indicated by their giant sign on the building. Was told they don't carry these items when i spoke to the employee. Why advertise something you don't have?
Tech Smart Canada is by far the worst store in Ontario. The staff are dishonest, unprofessional, and very misleading. They make promises they don’t keep and treat customers with complete disrespect. My experience with them was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this store. Do not trust their words, and do not buy anything from them. There are many better and more reliable options out there — Tech Smart Canada is not one of
I have very bad experience with these guys, they are too rude, speaking very bad with women and also, he sold me appliances, charge me delivery fee and taked cash, at return time,(no open box) he give me a lots of hard time and takes more than 500$ reduction from 2000$ purchasing. They steeling my money in the daylights.
I purchased a product from this company for $1,000. Within 30 days, the product developed defects. I contacted them immediately, but for the past six months, they have given me the runaround instead of addressing the issue. Their after-sales service has been extremely poor, and they have shown little regard for customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this business to protect your money. Do not shop here look elsewhere what it may seem as a good deal. It’s just a Maroge temporary. Bad store reporting it to Canadian better bureau.
I had bought a juicer, but it turned out to be faulty. When we took it back, they said it wasn’t their problem and refused to exchange or return it. We had also bought a pressure cooker, which was completely defective. I have photos and videos of it, and the seller also saw that the item was clearly damaged.
!!!!!!!SCAMMERS!!!!! Selling broken products and do not stand by their warranty. Terrible company and terrible people!!They will give you excuse after excuse why they can't fulfill the warranty. Pathetic
I came here to buy the last ninja creami. I realized there was missing pints so I had to spend money to buy new ones. I called and was promised if get a small reimbursement because the boss wouldnt send me the money back via e-transfer and he refused to give me the owners name. And he said if I wanted my money back if had to come. I came and he tried to argue with me saying he never promised me anything. He didnt keep his word and only tried to give me half of what he promised me and was so unprofessional he swore at me as I was leaving too. DO NOT COME HERE
