⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! Visited Magical Aquarium Wholesale hoping to find healthy fish and supplies, but it was a complete disaster. ?? First off, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked a few questions about the fish and tanks, but they acted annoyed and gave me attitude, like I was bothering them. No guidance, no friendliness, nothing. ? The tanks were dirty and smelly. Some had cloudy water, and I even saw a dead fish floating in one of them. Absolutely unacceptable! Clearly, hygiene and proper care are not priorities here. ?? On top of that, the pricing was confusing and suspicious. They tried to charge extra tax for debit, and when I asked to pay with credit to avoid the issue, they refused. The whole situation felt shady and forced, making me very uncomfortable. ?⚠️ Overall, this place felt neglected, unsafe for fish, and unfriendly for customers. I drove out of my way hoping for a good experience, and left frustrated and disgusted. Don't go if you love your pets. Store is disorganised, barely any fishes anymore if you compare with their clean, professional photos. The staff was absent at first but once they noticed us, a girl working there went to the front of register and was looking at her phone until we left, but the worst is the Eclectus next to the register; I went back inside to ask if she was for sale and I was told she belongs to the owner, poor bird. Not only is she in the dirtiest cage ever, theres only two feces-covered dowel perches (one of them fell down) barely any food in her soiled dish, no toys, nothing. At the bottom, a layer of CAKED FECES decomposing. MOLDY. ROTTEN. Disgusting. They say they clean it everyday, what a lie. Photo is proof of my visist, thats a display tank in the front
Went to this place after roaming inside for 15 mins no one was there to attend . once lady was sitting inside she did not even bother to attend the customer. Worst shop do not recommend. If 0 star is possible would have given it
Products/Cost: I only go there for the fish stuff, but they have dogs and cats stuff as well. Their selection of live stock is a bit limited, but they do have some exotic fishes, if that's your interest. Other fish products are a bit limited as well. However, they do have a good selection of fish tanks that they import and wholesale to other stores. I was able to pick up a very nice low prolife rimless tank at a reasonable price. They have some nice hardscapes as well, but I will say that their prices are average. So don't go expecting to save money. Service: They aren't staffed like Big Al's, so they arent swarming with CSR's to help you. However, the few times that I did go there, I was asked if I needed help or if I had any questions. Overall: I would go back to get another tank down the road and/or some hardscapes, but probably not much else in there that I would suggest in there.
Sketchy of course. You can tell that just buy the name but you would think that maybe their prices would make it worth it. However, it's expensive. I have a feeling a lot of the items they buy are from ali but that's purely speculative. It'd be nice if they had a wider selection but that probably wouldn't make me go back there.
Went there on Monday and they're closed. I saw a dog sleeping by the door with poo and peenon the floor. I think they just leave the poor dog there all alone when it's closed. Animal abuse.
I bought 2 Endler guppies against my better judgment as their were several dead fish in various aquariums. I lost $16+taxes. Do not purchase livestock of any kind here. First and last time I will be visiting here, never again.
