I placed an order on March 29 and was helped by a very kind staff member, which made me excited to support this business. Unfortunately, it's now been over four months, and I still haven’t received my piece. Despite calling, texting, and visiting in person to follow up, I’ve gotten no clear update or resolution. It’s disappointing, especially after such a positive first impression. I hope this can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend this business.
Stay away from this place. I went with my daughter and granddaughter. We made some items , left them to be fired and have been unable to receive the finished products. The owners do not respond to calls and have not helped us to retrieve the items we purchased. Very disappointing. We lost our money and my granddaughter did not get to take home the item she had made.
Lovely place with lovely, helpful staff, but this is the second time I haven't received my pottery. No one calls you back or returns emails. The good news is they don't make you pay until you pick it up, but I wonder how viable this business model is.
Love love love it here!! Hosted my 40th birthday with my friends and everyone had an amazing time! Peter was a great host and I would for sure do it again!!
I would give zero stars if I could. This company brings disappointment. My son just asked when will he receive back is Fathers Day cup. I had emailed, texted and called several times. I make one last attempt in December, and was promised it would be delivered, but never was. They have no excuse as all information is written out for them. They provide false hope and nothing else. Only sorrow and disappointment for a special needs kid who received this item after making a comment the first time about how slow their service is. I wish I could say they have improved, but have not. I first received an item through Autism Ontario. This cup was given as a good will gesture. But I cannot say anything good about this company
Amazing experience! Made something for my gf here and she loved it. The experience was really fun and the staff was really supportive in experimental paintings and ideas.
Peaceful and creative environment that will inspire you and your kid to pick your favorite items and paint them by investing your passion and patience. It is also a great place to go with your kid's friends and their moms. It adds more fun to the creative process. My daughter and I enjoyed our time there. We would love to visit there soon.
