This wasn’t just another event. This was my best friend’s wedding — a day she had dreamed of for years, and one she had carefully planned down to the smallest details. We were told everything would be ready by 4 PM, but Arif didn’t show up on time. The sound system wasn’t set up, and he ignored more than ten phone calls during one of the most critical moments of the day. What makes it worse is that my friend had planned a few quiet, emotional moments with her husband before the guests arrived — something really special — and because of this negligence, that time was lost. I saw the stress and heartbreak in her eyes, and it made me furious. No bride should have to deal with that kind of stress on her wedding day. Arif’s lack of professionalism and complete disregard for communication ruined a part of what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. If you’re considering this company, please think twice. You deserve vendors who care, show up, and follow through — and based on what I saw, Arif did none of that.

She was very sad and stressed, and it made me really upset to see her like that on her big day. This was not okay. Arif was not professional and didn’t care. If you have an important event, don’t trust this company. They don’t do what they promise. Please don’t make the same mistake.

We were forced to work with him as only they do lighting for the Venue Grand Cinnamon. We just wanted a simple lighting system. They took advantage of their exclusivity with our venue that we didn't need. The guy who they provided wasn't a professional and did not know how to work the lighting systems. It ended up causing issues with the photography on the stage. This ruined our wedding pictures. The guy also did not know how to present a simple PowerPoint properly until a guest showed him what to do. Horrible experience with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone
