Unfortunately, my visit to Extra Miles Auto was not a positive one. The staff member I dealt with spoke to me in a very harsh and disrespectful manner. I was shocked when he accused me of trying to scam him for no reason. I’ve never been treated like that at a business before. Customer service definitely needs improvement
The owner really does go the extra mile! Matt even called to see how the car was doing! He topped up my fluids and checked the tires for me even long after the warranty was up! He is someone who is in business because he cares not just to make a buck!
This person say he selling car for past 25 years but still don’t know anything about it. I was asking for the car details and got an appointment. When we check the car it was having a lot of problems in the engine side and still he was saying that it will pass the safety and promised us to it will pass the safety. So we believed him and bought the car. When we went to take safety the mechanic said that it will not pass the safety. One of the engine piston was misfiring and had oil leak. Don’t waste time with this guy and. Never ever buy a product from this even guy. He is gonna loot you and take all your money.
“Scam..Scam..scam..” . He is selling cars with ‘’engine failures’’ by scamming new customers. If I could have given 0 star rating I prefer that. ‘Extra Mile auto sales’ what a joke. The guy named matt sell cars which doesn’t even run another 1000km. Me and my friend bought a 2009 Subaru Imprezza 3 days ago and he said it’s a best car. But when We took the car for safety inspection, it has engine failure. 1 cylinder was misfiring. We couldn’t get safety passed. Every time we talk to the joker matt he always mention about his 25 years of experience. I am pretty sure he scammed a lot of people every years. When we called him back he said I already sold the car. It is our responsibility. He blocked our numbers too. How much money he is getting by ‘scamming’ people every day. He is still posting used cars on Facebook marketplace and people are getting scammed. Any doubts check his posting on Facebook. Not every customer comes and put reviews on google. That’s why he continuously scamming people. ‘’Don’t get scammed guys.’’
I bought a car from this guy 1 day ago and when i gone for safety that mechanic state me that the car have mis fire and engine problem on that and when they reset all sensors they found that it have ABS issues , traction sensor issues and when we contact the person who owns this business he told the mechanic are trying to scam me then we took this car to another mechanic and they also stated that this car is total disaster so we contacted the owner again then he was saying he is in business for 23 years and he knows more than mechanics and was saying if the engine light is showing in yellow light its not engine issue if it's showing red light on engine light is engine problem and he saying he have many car with same issues and completely arguing to us that mechanic is the issue not the car and don't disturb him he is busy with customer (scamming them )and totally abandoned us when we try to call him again so please be don't be his next victim and he will definitely tell you the car you seeing is the best car you can get but would give it for test driving in high way may be because if what we find out the issue when we driving in high way
This guy Matt make us incredibly experience buying used quality car and make the customer satisfaction up to entire process, extra miles auto sales is high recommended.
He was dishonest, sold me a car with multiple issues + safety issues after telling me everything was good. Do not trust him with fixing your car or even buying a car in general. He claimed he fixed the issues after I had to go back and forth with him numerous times to even get him to fix it. He just patched everything up to look like it was fine and everything ended up breaking down within months of having the car.
