I was having issues with my back up camera in my old 2006 CRV. Now my truck is in mint condition mind you, but its not a fancy Bimmer or Benz. When I found K&N Auto Sound and Security, I couldn’t help but notice they had about 215 Google Reviews that were ALL 5 starts – no negative reviews. I figured ‘this is the place for me’ so I went to the shop. I met Malik on my initial visit and explained what was happening. He didn’t like the location and placement of my camera and said he can install a new one no problem. He brought up Amazon on his computer and recommended a few low priced options that would work for my SUV so I promptly ordered one. When I was ready to install, I called Malik and reminded him who I was and the job I wanted done. He assured me that he’d be able to get me in that weekend which was great because I know he can be busy. I asked him to give me a ballpark of how much the job would cost with my previous job in my mind. When he told me the amount, it was cheaper than my previous installer so although I was super excited now, I had to play it off like he had given me a reasonable price – all while knowing the price was AWESOME! There are several restaurants within walking distance from the shop but I sat and relaxed in the Waiting room as he worked on my SUV. The shop is meticulously clean so no issues waiting on site - plus he allows you to come back and check out the install and ask any questions you may have. When he was done, it was mounted in a MUCH BETTER location than it was before and out of harms way. He even took the time to reattach the rear molding on my rear hatch door that was prone to popping off due to the pins. He fixed it up like it was brand new and no extra cost. Everything was done meticulously and with care…..We tested everything out in the store and my new camera worked like a charm. I wont hesitate to go here again because Malik does all electrical, stereo, and engine work so he’s a one stop shop for all things automotive. Plus - he's got a great personality! Definitely full of jokes and easy to vibe with as he is a people person. I can easily see why he has so many positive reviews – all deserved of course! Malik, I cant thank you enough for your help, your patience and the great price. Look forward to bringing my summer car by for an oil change once the season changes!!

When I went to him to get my car repaired on an emergency basis, believe me,within an hour, because he was busy but somehow they got my car repaired . Installed my new Dash Cam professionally. I phoned and he reviewed the cable requirements to ensure I had the right one (I didn't). I got an appointment for a couple hours and it was installed without any wires visible. Back camera cable on the swinging hatch window is completely invisible. Excellent installation.
