Today he changed the rear window of my car. I talked to him for a few minutes. He is a kind, intelligent person, and most importantly, he does the job right and quickly.
Masi was prompt for scheduling and offered competitive prices. However, the windshield replacement had large gaps around the windshield and the wipers completely malfunctioned after the installation. Despite contacting him to resolve the wiper issue, he mentioned he wouldn't work on weekends and promised to meet on Monday. However, he never responded to my follow-up for a specific time and I have not heard from him since. While he may better suited for quick and simple jobs, I wouldn't recommend him for more complex installations due to the lack of after-service support. If you do proceed, take pictures of your windshield moldings and seals prior the the job and definitely confirm everything connected (including the wipers) still work before paying him.
