If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my vehicle in for a small rock chip repair that was fully repairable. Unfortunately, the work performed was below professional standard. The technician did inject resin and cure it with UV, however the repair was incomplete. The impact point was not fully filled, leaving a dark, visible center.(there’s also black paint on it that he suggested he can put on). A clear ring remained around the chip, indicating improper resin penetration. Micro-cracks were still visible, meaning they were not drawn in during the repair. The surface finish was uneven and visibly smeared. I am attaching before and after photos so customers can see how small and repairable the original chip was and how poor the final result looks despite that. A proper repair should stabilize the glass and significantly reduce visibility. This job did neither. While chip repairs are never 100% invisible, this outcome falls well below reasonable expectations for professional windshield work. I’m leaving this review so future customers can make an informed decision. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
Great customer service. The person just solved my problem in one phone call. It’s amazing, he identified exactly what was wrong and guided me the right way. I got my car regulator repaired, done so quickly and very reasonable Price. Highly talented. Recommened place for auto repaires
I would like to Echo the sentiments of my fellow people who have left a 1 star review. The older person who picks up the calls will say he will call you back but does not. Complete joke if you ask me. Happened multiple times. They said its free mobile but when you call, its only in person. Make some excuses. Customer service lacking big time . If there is only one guy answering the phone who is also busy replacing windshields. If you are that busy and making money, invest in a person to handle the calls and provide adequate customer service. I would not trust them and advise to pay a little extra and go elsewhere.
I had a windshield replaced at Sprint Auto Glass, but unfortunately, it's still leaking. I went back two or three times and the problem persists, particularly around the upper area near the mirrors. Not happy with the service.
It has been a long time since I have needed auto glass service, and I was looking online for a place to go. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with Sprint Auto Glass. The guys doing the work were friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. It has been a few weeks since the window replacement, and we have had a few big rainstorms, and it's all good. Thanks, guys.
Definition of urgent care. Made a simple inquiry about my windshield and was provided an immediate appointment. Once there, my worries disappeared in an instant. If you need a windshield, sprint will save you in an instant.
I had to smash my passenger window out, I called Sprint Auto (Victoria Park Location) and spoke to Glenn, he was very professional , they took my car in right away to get the glass replaced and it was done extremely fast. Very impressed with the quality of work, he cleaned out my car which was FULL of glass and he still wouldnt even take a tip. The price point was also extremely fair. Highly reccomend. Thanks again!
