My brother who is 11 was forced to do 100 burpees for not picking up birdies in 1 minute? For more context he is in the fundamental group and as a badminton player myself I do agree warm ups and exercises like burpees or jump squats help improve your skill, 100 as a punishment sounds like abuse to me. You have to remember that these are children who are learning how to play and not competitive players so doing this will make the child hate badminton. If you are being paid to train people I expect them to learn and not have time being wasted as I will say again, these are children who already have low attention spans and are not able to sit there and learn footwork and shots for 2 hours at a time. With children especially, respect and attention is earned and not a given so over punishing them is not going to help your case. I do agree that they shouldn't be wasting time picking up birdies or running around disrupting other peoples' play time, but punishing them in fair moderate values and not making them hate a sport that me and many other people love for no reason will greatly improve their behavior but also their skills as badminton players. His class was Sunday April 27, 2pm-4pm
Did bot like the place. There is no space to walk to reach to end court. Arranged very weirdly. Seems so congested. Price was its cheaper but i would not prefer to go back
Paragon Badminton Academy is an excellent place for badminton enthusiasts. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!
Friendly and good staff, clean and tidy courts, courts aren't slippery, unlike the other places I have visited and good and experienced coaches! I would love to come back
Great club! The staff, coaches, and owner are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The courts are well maintained, and the facilities off-court are always kept clean. A really enjoyable place to play!
Their restrictions on shoes are really over the top. after being in multiple badminton courts, this was not a good experience. also the lighting for the courts were inadequate.
The environment at this club is amazing and we love it here. Clean, new and the staff and coach are very nice.My children trained here and we love this place so much.
