Told him leave hair on top still cut it said no fade keep it disconnected still did a fade. The only thing he did follow was a number 2 on the sides which I could've done at home. He cut the hair he wanted. Gave him a generous tip and three stars because I'm not a prick.
One of my biggest regrets is not knowing about Frank sooner. Prices are the best in Scarborough and very likely the GTA for what you get. You'll get an amazing hair cut & amazing conversation as well. Well worth the investment & visit.
Frank has to be one of the best in town! I have visited many barber shop in town and hands down this place has to be the best. Not to mention the pricing is still affordable as well.
