Walked into the store and Anand was ready and waiting to help immediately. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our needs and questions. He put aside his immediate duties and gave us his full attention for a sleep test. It helped us explore options we didn't even know were available, and eventually helped us settle on a perfect bed with no prior knowledge or setup. Anand was truly a master of the craft, even saving us a ton of money, allowing us to spend more than double our budget on a mattress that was truly perfect for our combined needs. I'd say we'd be sure to shop here again, but these mattresses are built to last with an excellent 10 year warranty. An amazing experience through and through. Would definitely recommend it for first time or even experienced buyers.
Incredibly impressed with the customer service that Anand had! Definitely went above and beyond to find the best discounts for both the mattress and the bed itself. The comfort guide test saved tons of time from trying out multiple mattresses. Even came back two days later, and my mom got a discount on the pillow she wanted!

The one star is because my experience especially form the sales person.... However...it's been one year and seems the place has better reviews or paid/fake reviews. Just remember to negotiate prices...and THERE ARE BETTER STORES with better PRICES.
