Amazing service by Dominique! We went in to buy some wedding gifts and had multiple questions. She took the time to answer all questions, find correct sizes, and give advice when we needed it. She was friendly and engaging with my preteen daughter which was very refreshing to see. Please take good care of her! We will be back!
I purchased 4 sets of pillow protectors at the Oshawa store. After doing a clean out in my linen closet, I found some brand new sets in my closet. Now I wish to take these ones back for a refund. $81.31 in total. I am a pensioner so every dollar counts. Food/rent/clothes/etc are all pricy these days. So annoyed I can't get my refund. I hope others read this before shopping at the QE HOME stores. Don't do like I did. Let the friendly staff persuade me these cases are so good. The price is so good. These will last and last. And all their kind words.
My husband and I were looking for cooling beddings made of TENCEL lyocell material in split king size -which is usually very expensive and hard to find! We are extremely happy with our experience with QE Home - the staff (including Winnie, Amy and others) are ALL very friendly, helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about their products & promotions.?❤️ We purchased many products including bedsheet sets, duvet cover with pillow shams, and Fortuna mulberry silk duvet with great discounts. We couldn't wait to go to sleep every night as we are in HEAVEN! The beddings are SO soft and light, cooling and luxurious!! We are completely SOLD! super helpful ladies working here. came in just to browse but loved one of the bed frames they used for their product display. the lady was able to direct me on the brand, wrote out the product number and website for me. i didnt get her name but it was really nice of her to do that, and will definitely be back for our bedding needs. we are currently in the market for cotton quilts but unfortunately you guys primarily have microfibre. hope you guys get a bit more variety in them in the future. thanks for a pleasant experience!
