Brought my bike in to install some shifter hoods that I couldn’t put on myself at home. They quoted me a fair price for the work without upselling additional services and Kathy completed the work quickly and efficiently. She even installed an end cap on an unrelated cable to keep the bike running safely, didn’t mention it or bill me for it. This may seem like a small act but it shows the care and attention to detail she has. I will be definitely be bringing my bike back for future service needs, thanks again!
Bought a phone holder, first time I had for two months and it broke off, I gave the store owner second chance by purchasing it , within a month it broke of again. I wouldn't recommend spending $60 for this phone hold, go on Amazon instead , just go here for bike repairs.
First time visiting D’Ornella’s in years. Last time I was there I bought a vintage Concorde steel frame which I had built up like Sean Kelly’s. Stopped by today as I needed brake pads for my Trek T1 fixed gear bike and service person was able to get for me which I installed myself today and they worked great! Thank you Dornellas!
Mechanics act as if they know it all. But a simple problem they cannot fix and then blame game. Brought it to giant and fixed it. Owner will never admit. Specially when iT comes to refunding
As a regular customer I wasn’t surprised when my recent bike fit with Neil, switching from road to aero bars, was a wonderful experience. I was able to do my training immediately after with no issues and improved comfort running off the bike. Lori-ann provided some great advice and product recommendations to improving my nutrition for long rides/runs, again with immediate effect! D’Ornellas is second to none!
Got my brakes adjusted customer service is good and the staff were nice but it was a little expensive. It was 20 bucks to get a disk brake adjusted. After I went to another shop that only charged 5 for a back brake adjustment and to tighten my seat
Yes, in covid times we must check and browse before we spend our money. I won't buy online especially when is for a new bike. From the moment we came in a man came with half his mask down asked how much we wanted to spend. We said we wanted to see first and we mentioned a random amount, then he said everything is sold out you won't find that price here, you are looking for recreational haven't checked the news? He said like pushing us away just because i didn't want to spend 6000 only 1000 at least. I don't recommend this place, they seem to make good money so i will spend my 1k or 2k elsewhere where I'm treated nicely and at least I'm allowed to see things first. Just so you know my sister does professional bike rides and she even suggested this place to look for. Not worth it.
