We had our shutters installed in 2023, great quality and service. Excellent customer support, when one of the shutters broke down Marco came by and quickly fixed it. Highly recommended!
Love my California shutters! I had a small issue whereby one of the shutters would not stay open at the angle I wanted (to match the angle of the other shutters). I asked about it and Marco came by that day and fixed it. I definitely recommend them.

Marco came to my house promptly after receiving my request. I chose my shutters and they were ready as promised in 2 to 3 weeks. The installation crew, Jake and Blain, were very friendly, tidy and respectful. The shutters were done within a couple of hours and I could choose where to split them once they were in. The quality of the shutters is amazing; they are so solid and look beautiful. The price point was reasonable given the quality of the shutters; they will last as long as the house. Really pleased with all the work it took making my California Shutters, from Marco's sales and measurements of the window and sliding door spaces to Tony's professional installation. Kim in their office was a big help as well. The Shutters look beautiful, big upgrade to my window coverings.
I researched many shutter companies over the last 2 months, and I made visits to the companies on my short-list. After meeting with Marco, I knew I'd found the right company. Marco came to my condo with sample shutters so I could see how they would look before they were installed. Marco spent almost 2 hours taking detailed measurements. The premium wood shutters were ready to install within the promised 3-4 weeks. Installation was scheduled and they arrived exactly on time. Marco and Tony came prepared with all the necessary hardware and accessories to complete the project. The installation was professional in every manner; they protected the floors with cardboard runners and tarps, they expertly installed the shutters in a challenging condo layout (2 sliding patio doors, 1 bow window with 5 panes, and 2 oversize bedroom windows) and they took the time to ensure that I was happy with the layout and design. From unloading to final completion took 7 hours. Marco and Tony and Kim are extremely professional in every way. They did an amazing job. The wood shutters are well built and look beautiful.
