The blonde, elderly woman working there was extremely rude. I went at 12 o’clock with my mother and my little brother, and she told us to leave, saying the place was closed. This kind of reaction is completely unacceptable. If the store is closed, just say it’s closed politely. You cannot treat people this way. We went there simply to ask about the opening hours. Excluding people or treating them disrespectfully is not acceptable. If you behave like this, you should not be working in customer service. Truly disgraceful.
Scoring was not working properly. We requested for lane change and resetting but they clearly denied for resetting. They just changed the lane. Service was bad
Phoned ahead asking to reserve a lane, they said no. Its first come, first served. Seemed odd, but we were able to get a lane showing up early. Very old school feel, which was nice. Had to call the attendant a couple of times as our lane kept jamming but the guy fixed it fairly quickly. Good location too. Sadly the mall was closed as we went on Good Friday but its handy for bowling then getting a meal after.
Place had the old school charm. The lanes were good, the balls are in good shape (for the most part). My only gripe were that the shoes weren't super clean, so it made it hard to slide.
Really friendly. Went with a toddler and they were very accommodating and friendly. Local coach came over to give some tips as well which was great and really nice.
We paid $50 bucks for 4 of us. But there was the issue with the lane. The bowling pins gets stuck in the lane and never comes back. Happened three times. Had to call the guy and he fixed it . Wasted out 15 minutes out of 40 minutes . He could have done better by giving more 15 minutes.
They open at 6 pm on Fridays. We went bowling with another couple and had lots of fun. The place filled up quite quickly, and everyone seemed to have fun. It's located inside the mall, in the basement, so be prepared to go up and down a steep staircase. The place is basic and well maintained.
