WOW what a trip..It took almost 2 months to receive my order, I had already put a hold on payment of $93 dollars. After opening the box their was a hand written note that said "Dear Joe. Sorry for inconvenience about the delay. We will try to serve you with our best efforts next time. Till then stay blessed and happy. Thankyou, ERAM" in addition they sent a complimentary PUMP and note. I immediately called off hold. Syrup is great for making my own soda. I talked to John the owner a couple of times. He was in-between employee hires. I live in the US and shipping between the US and Canada was a disaster. The best method for me is UPS. Johns products were worth the wait!
Only shipped half of my order. Has ignored multiple emails and phone calls. Shipping label indicates only one box was shipped. At this point they have stolen $100 from me. Am currently awaiting chargeback for stolen money.
Really wish I could have actually gotten the product I ordered, but after three weeks of waiting, and no response through email, their website's chat, and them literally never picking up their phone during business hours, I had to start a chargeback. Just don't bother.

Placed an online order 3 weeks ago. It says please give them 5 business days to process orders. Still no progress. Sent an email to inquire about the order and their email doesn’t exist. Called the store from google search no one answers. No replies to messages. Do not use this business. In the process of credit card chargeback.
Excellent self-owned business. Kind man at the helm. Lots of custom flavours available for homemade sodas. They have a wide variety of sugar-free options (although I wish they had ginger-ale, because I would be showing up a lot more often if they did). Offers re-filled tanks as well. I am glad I have been given this alternative to buying product from SodaStream directly. as I know many of you may be sensitive with your personal consumer choices.
Owner is a nice guy. Got some SodaStream canister refills. their beer and wine home brewing selection seems quite good. I'm going to have to try a batch one of these days soon.
