None of the staff is cooperative, approached manger monica; she have worst customer service behaviour ever. Not only me, there were couple of more customers who were getting disrespected;if you drive a tow truck avoid shopping hare.
I purchased some oversized materials. Not only did they help me load and secure it into my trailer, they went and grabbed some long screws to make it safe and secure. They could have made me feel bad about being unprepared, but on the contrary, they shook my hand and wished me well before sending me on my way.
Really impressed with their service and competitive prices. I found their staff are knowledgeable about basics and building codes and can advise you appropriately. I purchased some building materials for a project. I was notified the materials were in stock but when I arrived the delivery hadn't yet arrived. Staff person was so nice and took responsibility and delivered it to my house later same day without any additional charge. The delivery person also helped carry it to desired location which also was helpful. Would definitely recommend this place over HD or Rona if they have what you need.
Prices are competitive and service is prompt. The Real gem for construction materials is AAR plumbing with great prices without the govt cut and good quality but that's all the way in Brampton.
Fantastic building supplies selection . Really fair priced on most everything. Cheaper prices on certain items then the competition. CTS is always worth checking out when you need materials. The people are fantastic there and super helpful. This is my go to store for all my construction needs I recommend this store to everyone.
Conveniently located in Scarborough with unfortunatly horrible parking and access. They also do not take Timberline CTS gift cards which wasted my time. Hopefully you won't waste yours as well.
very tricky place, be aware of this place ! Thank God, I didn't buy anything from them. I got separate quote for delivering material to the front or basement. Got a complicated quotes, they could not explain why there is an additional charges of $700 between the quotes. The lady at the store explained that the materials are delivered from Brampton, I never heard such charges from other stores, the standard rate for delivery is $74. It is ridiculous. I purchased the material from HD and got delivered to the front parking, I still saved $110. Spend another $300 just to move the material to the basement. My total saving was $490.
