I recently visited your location and was very disappointed with my experience. The staff behind the counter were quite rude and spoke negatively about customers. For example, a customer ahead of me placed an order and asked to use the washroom. After he stepped away, staff members made disrespectful comments about him. Additionally, I noticed several potential health and safety concerns. Utensils appeared to be dirty, and there seemed to be significant cross-contamination while handling food. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I believe your staff would benefit from proper customer service and food safety training to ensure a respectful environment and safe handling practices. Best burritos I've ever had! I'm from Alabama,US and I have a hard time understanding the accents here but the burritos, especially the pulled beef, are great and big enough even for a fat American!
Very helpful staff, the lady with the glasses was very helpful and very receptive to my kids making their own orders! Food is great as always! One of the better locations in the city for sure!!
