I bought a used car here and had a issue with a coolant leak within the first month. We didn't know what the issue was for a little bit. The water pump was leaking but they fix the issue. I love the car and I don't see any other issues. The car is in good shape and should run just great now. So I'll give him 5 stars for taking care of the issue instead of making me fix it all by myself.
Went to check out a vehicle at another dealer who was at the auction, and he asked me to wait for half and hour, so I decided check other dealers close by and stumbled upon Executive Motors and saw a CX 5 that seemed very clean. Spoke with Shady and the price he gave me was little lower than what I had seen for similar vehicles in the market. He gave me the key, I checked inside, and it was nice and clean inside as well. Next day, I sent the mechanic to check it out and the report he gave me was quite good with couple of minor issues . I spoke with Shady and requested if he would take care of those minor issues and he agreed he would do it free of charge. Yesterday I picked up my car. Extremely pleased with the great work his service team did in detailing the car. My wife thought I bought a new car. Shady is a very friendly straight forward guy and tells you like it is and doesn’t upsell or hide anything. I would definitely recommend Executive Motors to my friends if they were in the market for a used car. Great dealership to visit if you are looking for value in your next auto investment. Shady told me that to touch base with him any time if I have any issue which was quite reassuring to know that a used car dealer is standing behind the cars he is selling.
I recently purchased a Mazda 3 GX from Executive Motors, and I can honestly say that it has overall been a hassle-free and pleasurable experience. The lot where the dealer is located was kept in an incredibly organized state, especially considering their wide variety of inventory. When initially looking at the car we were assisted by Sam, who had given us a healthy amount of breathing room (i.e. Was not hovering or applying excessive sales tactics or pressure) to look at the car freely. Any questions we had about the vehicle were answered promptly and forthrightly. The vehicle itself is an absolute thrill to drive. Before I took possession of it Shady had ensured that all post-purchase paperwork and documentation (Plates, ownership, and warranty package) was completed, in addition to giving the vehicle a thorough interior cleaning. In all, it is clear to me that Sam and Shady are two salesman that have a strong sense of integrity, honesty, and passion for their business, and I respect that. They've definitely won me over as a customer that would be willing to return.
Bought a BMW 2009 . With full of oil leaks . Had to fix it two times and spent more than 5000 dollars to repair and still leaking . And the car was over priced as well . Not recommended ! Yes it was bought from you guys . April 2023. I can post a picture with the car parked at your location where I took when I bought the car .
