Google should not allow reviews by people who are not direct customers of the business. It is unfair and can be harmful. Be cautious of multiple bad reviews by unidentified people in a short period of time. A fair solution is always possible when both sides want this.
Hello. Under no circumstances would I give this detail shop any stars. As per rules I am compelled to give them a one star. These guys are totally unprofessional when it comes to keeping their word. They say they will take care of your car as if it is high-end car but they do the absolutely opposite. When I took my car back because the services that were provided the first time were not up to par, Arthur and his dad were very rude to me. They started to swear at me and got very defensive. I felt overpowered by them and felt as if I was going to be physically attacked. I had to leave from the place fearing for my safety. I will not recommend the shop to anyone only the basis of unprofessionalism and intimidation. They cannot take criticism with a chip of ice. Take care car somewhere else to have to cleaned and detailed.
This place is a total rip- off. I had the worst experience of detailing my car. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my car detailed here, but not worth of my money it’s a total waste. I paid $300 for a car detail but this guy did absolute nightmare of a job. When I went to drop my vehicle, he was super nice and bragging about his work and showed me his work on high-end cars so I thought he’ll do a good job. I found wet car mats on my car floors, as well there was still sand in my cup holders that was not cleaned. When you pay $300 for a detail you expect a good work. And when I brought my car back to show him he got mad and defensive and started swearing at me. He even threatened to call the police and file a report against me for simply showing me that was not completed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. This guy is a total disgrace of a car detailer.
Very friendly and professional. All the other good reviews about this place were not lying. They gave me a great price to fix my bumper scuffs and even fixed it the day I called about it. Best customer service experience I've had from a detailing place. Will be recommending to friends/family.
Greg both does an excellent job with the overall cleaning and went above and beyond what i expected him to do for the price range. The car was done the same day I found out about the business online.
An A+++ auto detailing business! We looked on line for a reliable detailing centre and found Greg’s Autoshine which had excellent reviews and was close to where we live. We wanted to surprise our daughter with a clean interior of her van upon her return from vacation. Arthur gave me package options by phone and we agreed on a price. He listened to my concerns about possible lingering chemical smells (he used low scent cleaners) and assured me that the interior, which was typically messy for family with a young child, would look completely different after he cleaned it. I showed him the loose hatch handle so he could avoid it as it was ready to come off. When Arthur called to say the van was ready for pick up, it was SPECTACULARLY clean. Unrecognizable. Spotless and looking like brand new! Arthur was right!! I couldn’t believe what he was able to do to make a 15 year old family van spotless! He even fixed the loose hatch handle, refastened the loose licence plate, washed the seatbelts and fixed one of the sliding doors!! AMAZING extras! He gave us recommendations on how to repair other items that needed attention. Arthur was always fast to respond by email or phone. Greg’s Autoshine is an exemplary, professional, FANTASTIC and reliable business. We will definitely have our own vehicles done here and will highly recommend it to friends and family.
