Don't buy any carpet from them prices are as same as branded carpets and quality is so bad . I bought one carpet from them and now I have fibers in all of our home they said do vacuum but nothing changes all my clothes are full of white fiber every where in my home . Upon calling them they have no remedy of it and they said we don't know what to do with it ..
I purchased a small carpet on Saturday for my mom but wasn’t sure if she’d like it or if the colour was the right shade of green. The owner reassured me that I could get a full refund as long as I returned it with in one week. On Tuesday, I tried to return it and even though I had my original receipt, the owner would only provide a credit note. He claimed that I should have read the fine print on the receipt even though I wasn’t given this receipt until after I had paid in full. The owner clearly mislead me because he wanted the sale. As a business owner, I know the importance of treating my customers fairly. Clearly this owner doesn’t share this value.
I loved my experience at this carpet store. Very friendly and easy to work with. Does not aggressively sell and try to make money. The quality and selection of carpets are really nice too.
