I have worked with Chef Nicholas on a variety of locations and every experience is even more special. His attention to detail, quality of service and food and overall company truly makes an evening with him unmatched. Would highly recommend him for any type of gathering.

We had Chef Nicholas for our anniversary dinner and was blown away. He even threw in a little something for our 2 year old that she just gobbled up. Every dish was cooked to perfection. I thought it was a little weird that all his reviews were 5 stars but once you try his cooking it makes sense. We can't wait to have Chef Nicholas again! Thanks for the great experience and lovely company.

Chef Nicholas was amazing, cooked delicious food and extremely friendly during this pandemic. We had the pleasure of having him at my pool/camping bachelorette party and Chef Nicholas brought everything we needed from BBQ, Hot plate, plates, cutleries, napkins..etc. Made it so easy to enjoy his delicious meals and we did not even lift a finger. Highly recommend him.

Five stars for an excellent meal from Chef Nicolas! We asked for a picnic supper for outside our home for 3 people and Chef arrived with 5 plates of breads, home grown veggies and dip, various meats including freshly cooked duck, fruits of various kinds, sausages, and a dessert to die for. Thank you Nicolas. The leftovers will provide a second meal today!
