Why is the guy giving food to customers slamming the bags on the counter crushing everyone's food? No one is gonna come back to this place with these attitudes. You don't like your job, quit
This Popeyes food-court location is well run. The staff is courteous, the service is efficient, and the counter area is kept clean even during busy times. Always a smooth experience.
I visited this Popeyes location, and the person standing at the counter named zahir was quite loud while speaking to customers. I didn’t like the way he responded , his tone and expressions were unwelcoming. As a new customer, I expected a bit of guidance and politeness, but instead, the experience felt uncomfortable. I hope the staff can be more friendly and professional when dealing with customers in the future.
I do not recommend this place. The customer service is terrible, and the manager was especially rude. One of the employees gave me the wrong order, and when I went back to have it fixed, the manager argued with me instead of resolving the issue. I had ordered the large Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, but this is what he gave me instead.
I don't know what it is about the chicken at this location but it's always rotten. Always smells like it's rancid. I've made so many complaints I actively just tried to avoid this one I suggest you do the same.
Zero stars. I just went here today to try to claim the toronto maple leafs power play promotion of free 8 pc. Nuggets with drink purchase. They wouldn't honor it, "we don't do that here " not coming here anymore.
This location has a so called manager’s special which includes 10 pieces of dark meat (drumstick and thigs) for $23.79. Little did I know that the size is also a manager’s special size. So inconsistent. Out of 4 drumsticks that I got, 3 were the size of a wing. I would as far as saying that a wing has more meat than these drumsticks. The employee tried to fool me by saying he gave me more thighs than drumstick. Unfortunately, I order for take out and only saw the size when I got home. Else I would have requested that they chaange them or refund me. Avoid this location unless you got money to spend.
