Terrible service and defective products. I purchased an item just before closing time, right before leaving for a 4-day family holiday. Yesterday was my first day back — meaning I had the product for only 5 days in total. Within 20 minutes of purchase, the magnet on the product stopped working. It was clearly defective. I brought it back not asking for a refund, just to exchange it for one that worked — and was met with shocking rudeness. The woman working there yelled at me, showed absolutely no manners, and had zero understanding of basic customer service. You'd really rather damage your reputation over a $20 product? Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place — not worth the hassle or the disrespect.
Quick service, friendly staff, they even called to confirm if the technician arrived and if installation was complete, reliable internet service at a competitive price!
Affordable internet connection at minimum cost!, that's what Smart Telecom offers you. The connection works much better than the much hyped "high speed" internet connections. Service is prompt and customer support is commendable!
Horrible service. I messaged through what's app and Google and got no response for a product I was looking for (HDMI to Display port, or usb to HDMI) anyways when I called the pickup was unprofessional. The one was answered with a "hello, what" I asked about the cable and even before I finished my sentence the guy said out of stock, so I asked about the usb to HDMI and same thing but said out of stock and said it will be a huge wait (6 months) for a new shipment.
