I’ve encountered one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile. Jess was so kind and genuine helping me out with the skincare products it felt like I was talking to a friend. She took her time explaining about how each ingredients will work on the skin, and honest about how soon results appear. More than what Sephora employees will do who just wants to sell something. I was shocked when I asked if she goes to school for skin and she said no. Thanks to her I know what cell turnover means now lol. The gentleman at cash was also kind and gave me some free samples that I’m also excited to try. Will return again
Was at the store today and Laiqah was really helpful with beauty products. She helped me with picking a skincare gift and was super knowledgeable. I also got help from Erika at the checkout. She was really sweet and patient , and gave me skincare samples for my skin type. The staff at this store is very helpful and friendly, 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be back.
Had an amazing experience at this store on black friday . Erica and Laiqah were really helpful with makeup and skincare . If you’re looking for a store where you can get a full consultation without being rushed or getting attitude from employees this store is for you !
JESS IS AMAZING! She literally knows what ingredients in skin care is the best ?? she is very knowledgeable that I wanted to buy anything she said. ( she definitely needs a raise ;) ) Also there was male staff I needed help to get bts & ateez merch he was so knowledgeable and helped me that I bought bt21 next jhope bt21 ! Thanks guys you guys were kind ? Good job team !
