My parents had scheduled a pick up for a day and they had no contact with the company whatsoever despite calling the number we were provided with. Upon messaging their customer service we were given the WRONG booking number and just told that it was a missed pick up with no communication from anyone until contacting them. On top of that there upon wanting to ask more questions I got disconnected twice without the chance of asking them anything or them replying to my questions. Absolutely terrible customer service and will be the last time my parents will use this shipping company to send stuff back home. I would be helpful if there was an easier way to book pick ups and actually communicate with them instead of leaving them in the dark.
The office is located at a very convenient place. The staff especially kuya Rommel was so friendly and accomodating, making the process of sending package so easy.

I sent a box thru LBC to Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental a few months ago. It was a special size box. Only LBC gave me a fair estimate/fee to ship it plus it came within their promised time frame intact and in good condition. Me and my friend in Dumaguete were very impressed. I will now use LBC for my self and other shipment.
