I've been sourcing supplies from this store for a few years now, and it's been a great experience. The wholesale printing services are fast, reliable, and fairly priced — perfect for my small business. The print quality is consistently sharp, and they’re always open to custom requests. As for the clothing side, there’s a wide variety of styles at really competitive prices. Great place to find basics, branded overstock, and even some hidden gems if you dig a little. Staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. Highly recommend if you're running a business or just looking for affordable bulk deals!
I visited this T-shirt wholesale shop around 4:30 PM, and although the store was empty, the two staff members—one of whom I believe is the owner—completely ignored me. The owner was on the phone, so I patiently waited, but the woman working there never acknowledged me or offered help. After standing around for 15 minutes, I finally asked the owner about pricing, letting him know I own an online store and was interested in purchasing 50–60 T-shirts per month. Despite the store never appearing busy during my previous visits, he rudely told me I wouldn’t get wholesale pricing unless I was buying 8–9 pieces at a time. I agreed, trying to keep things professional, but his tone was unnecessarily rude and agitated for no reason. When I inquired about green T-shirt options, his response was, “Why don’t you have any idea what kind of green you want?”—completely dismissive and unhelpful. He then passed me off to the other staff member without even trying to assist further. At that point, I had seen enough. I politely let them know their customer service was poor and told them I wouldn’t be doing business with them. As someone genuinely looking to build a wholesale relationship, I expected better treatment. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this store to any serious buyers.
David and Lily are the most amazing people behind Souvenir Plus! I was in contact with Lily with my design on Thursday and all 90 t-shirts of varying sizes (kids and adults) were completed by Friday the next week. From start to finish, communication was clear and honest, service is quick, and you won't be able to find cheaper prices anywhere else. I reached back out a week later asking to purchase another 2 t-shirts with the same design after I received my initial order, and was able to pick it up the same day. Thank you again David and Lily! It's been such a pleasure working with you this holiday season, I will be back time and time again!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Promised that the items will be done at 1 pm. Called me at 6 pm and told me to come. It's been over an hour I've been waiting here and the clothes STILL aren't done and the guy is showing terrible attitude. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from this place
I've been visiting this store for approximately 15 years. As a teacher involved in many of the school's sports and extra-curricular activities, there is no one else I would turn to for designs and shirts. The quality is, by far, the best. David and Lily go out of their way to ensure you're happy and will do their best to have it ready ahead of the agreed deadline. Prices are amazing! Oh, and they don't use the cheap vinyl stuff that cracks. They print exactly the colour you provide. Professionals to the nth degree!
As soon as I walked into this establishment I was greeted with excellent customer service. I was pleased with the selection of product and prices. Once I came to an agreement on my order it was created within a reasonable time frame. I look forward to purchasing more with this company, they're good at what they do.
