I had a scheduled bloodwork appointment this morning at 9:00 AM and arrived at 8:45, but wasn’t called in until 9:20. Unfortunately, there was little to no customer service from the front desk or the nurse, no good morning greetings, no “please” or “thank you.” Everyone seemed unhappy to be there, which made the experience uncomfortable. A simple improvement would be encouraging staff to offer basic pleasantries and friendly greetings, as this goes a long way in helping patients feel welcomed and at ease. While waiting, staff were openly discussing who should be working the front desk versus the back. Conversations like this shouldn’t happen in front of patients and would be better handled privately with the scheduling manager. To improve the patient experience overall, the clinic may also want to consider having a doctor available for walk-ins during peak times like flu season. During the 35 minutes I was there, two parents came in with sick children hoping to see a doctor. There’s clearly a high demand for walk-in appointments, and I hope the clinic works on addressing it.
Alysia is amazing. Every time I speak with her, she is so helpful and kind. I love when I find someone who is that knowledgeable but also so patient answering all my laundry list of questions. She is very accommodating with requests and just makes everything easier. She has such a lovely personality, it’s always a pleasure to deal with her.
One of the worst clinics I’ve ever experienced in my life. Dr Prabakaran is rude and negligent when it comes to human health. She dismisses concerns and barely allows me two minutes to discuss. If I have more than one concern I get told to book another appointment. You should be able to slot at most 10 minutes for your patients. I had dr Siva a few times for walk in and the differences between doctors were like day and night. He was helpful and explained why he is doing a test or prescribing.
Dr. Chalise is great. However, the reception staff are horrible. They always act busy even when no patient is waiting. Even after leaving 1 voicemail as instructed, I never get a call back. I have to call multiple times to book an appointment. Even if they receive the call, they put you back on hold right away and keep you waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. You can call anytime of the day and you'll be waiting. It's almost as if they don't care. I wouldn't have gone here if it was not for the Services of Dr. Chalise.
Dr Abdullah Cader is a phenomenal human being and the best family Dr I've had, this is not an exaggeration!!!!! If you have him YOU'RE BLESSED because he actually cares about his patients and their well-being. I'll be so, so, soo sad if he leaves when Dr woo returns. And I’ve been seeing Dr. Laura Woo, along with her amazing medical staff and assistants, for over 5 years now—and so has my entire family. The clinic provides a respectful and friendly environment, and their level of care is consistently excellent. They are incredibly efficient and reliable; I’ve always been able to get same-day appointments when needed urgently. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention we’ve received over the years.
Very Bad customer service from the front desk . Although you are physically there they don’t take appointment, they asked to come walk in . Last time I had to waited for 4 hours with my 2 yrs kid . Doctor Ruben is good , He is my family doctor, I tried twice to book appointment but failed.
Update Jan 2024: Dr. Ruben is now our primary doctor and he is wonderful and always accommodating. I have been there as a walk-in seeing both Dr. Ruben and Dr. Woo who is a female doctor and she is nice too - the wait time at most was an hour. The front desk staff are still great and have actually gotten more efficient over the years. I like the Pharmacy too. Review 2017: Clean modern office with a convenient lab, and pharmacy. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Easy to make an appointment as long as you call while they are open. We can also come in as a walk-in on the same day for urgent issues that are not emergency related. They will phone you to follow-up on test results. My boys see the male doctor and I see the new young female doctor who is considerate and caring. I haven’t had to wait too long but I guess it all depends on the amount of walk-ins. I am grateful to have a family doctor that is close to home.
