New guest to day care. Booked them for a last minute trip to Toronto. Easy to onboard and staff were very attentive. He had a great day and they sent some cute pictures.
It was my first day with the pooches and staff. Everyone was really welcoming. I was impressed to see people in the parking lot and their pets were greeted by their names. There is flexibility with day camp/drop off etc. My pet is very attached and anxious but I was assured that she would settle over time so I am looking forward to her next trip there.
This is a great daycare for your dog. The owner and staff are so kind and caring for the dogs. They have staff overnight 24/7 for boarding which is incredible and not all boarding facilities do. I highly recommend then Pooches playhouse.
My dog Dutchie had a grooming appointment yesterday. I can't tell you how happy we are w the results. Best grooming EVER! Honestly, we've tried so many places (even going as far as Barrie) and this is hands down the best bath/cut/style he's had. The groomer was so sweet - she took great care and had some valuable feedback upon pick up. From boarding, daycare and now grooming, we always feel confident that Dutchie will receive top notch care and don’t feel an ounce of anxiety at drop off. Thank you! ❤️
Pooches Playhouse were super awesome and able to take my dog (who has separation anxiety) for the night at short notice! The care he received was beyond exceptional and I was sent videos so that I could see he was having the time of his life! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
This place is heaven's sent not just for our family but especially for our little Chewy! From the time I spoke with Sara on the phone, I knew she will be loved by us! I have no concerns, no worries and no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this place for furparents! Sara and her mom are not about making money, they are all about caring and loving our furry babies!
Anytime anyone needs somewhere to take their beloved dogs, I always recommend ThePoochesPlayhouse. Ellie (my insanely hyper pomsky) loves to go there and comes back tired and exhausted because of all the activity she's exposed to. I feel so thankful that I have a place for my pup that I can always rely on. When I went to Costa Rica, I had no doubt in my mind that Ellie was in good hands. She goes once a week for socialization and even spends the night there some weekends! On top of everything else, Sara is so incredibly accommodating and reliable.
