not sure why everyone else has such great things to say lol. bilal didnt teach me nothing i needed to know, he just took me on the road and said “turn here, turn there, now change lanes,” for SEVEN lessons!!!! i dont know why he was so lazy with me because everyone else in these reviews claim that he did a good job at teaching them (unless these are just fake reviews.) i finally switched instructors at lesson 8 and this instructor (robert) was much better; he cared a lot about teaching me things i needed to know, he was very encouraging & made it a point to book the rest of my lessons close together, unlike bilal who was very difficult to book with. even robert was confused as to why bilal taught me nothing that id actually need to know for testing. not once did bilal go over any parking with me, reverse parking, parallel parking, no 3 point turns, etc. in SEVEN lessons, which i think is insane. he didnt even tell me where to properly put my hands on the wheel, which is literally day 1 learning & something they pay attention to during the test. there are a lot of things the other instructor told me that i needed to know that bilal didnt tell me anything about. he completely wasted 7 of my lessons on just regularly driving on the road, with no talking, tips, or advice even involved. he even made me drive to the gas station once so he could go in to buy a water that he didnt even drink out of the rest of the time i was there, which i thought was so unnecessary lol. like im paying u to teach me, not so i can take u to buy a water bottle. he was constantly on his phone, taking phone calls, barely paying attention to me. also whenever i did something wrong he’d be like “what are u doing?” which made me feel dumb. i dreaded being in a car with him. i signed up in dec 2022 & finally finished my lessons sometime in 2024!!! now its 2025 and i still dont have my g2 because i literally didnt learn how to drive. i know nothing. i paid $700 of my own money at 21 just to learn nothing, i truly wasted my money here. if ur gonna come here, at least dont have bilal as ur instructor. seriously dont bother.
I had the opportunity to take lessons with Bilal, and they were incredibly valuable. His feedback was excellent, helping me fix mistakes, and he maintained a calm demeanor throughout each session. I passed my G2 on the first attempt, and ArrowStar was a key factor in my success. I highly recommend them to anyone starting their driving journey
I have had worst experience with instructor, he took full money in advance and he forgot about the classes, later day on wards we need to follow up or keep messaging him for the class. He will tell i am not available for next 10days and will take up classes close to test date. Do you believe he did not even taught about blind spot and did not introduce drive center main route till the last day. And he will keep discourage the people during drive, may be because they would not let people pass on very first attempt, so its beneficial for them on next road test I went to other driving school and they are too excellent in shaping our skills Seriously Please ignore this school…
I took private lesson. Instructor is so rude. I had experience in driving so i didn't make any mistake in half of my lesson. I did only one small mistake he yelled instead of telling what's wrong. I asked him I'm weak on left turns. He said "look there, look there, look there and go! what is so hard? !!", and laughs at me.
