Don’t buy milk from this place. Their refrigeration and aisle temp is messed up and had to throw all bags since they were curdled as soon as I opened them. Most of their products are close to expiry
I went to this Rexall location for the first time and when I went to the counter to checkout, the guy working there started speaking in his native language to me assuming I am from his country. When I told him that I don’t understand what he was saying, he was super rude and pissed. Then he asked me where I was from and eventually he told me that he thought I was an Indian!!! Very unprofessional behavior!!!

After having had an appointment for my elderly father to get his flu shot and being told there wasn’t any at Shoppers Drug Mart (1235 McCowan Road) I decided to try this pharmacy. Not only did they have the senior’s vaccine, the staff and pharmacist were pleasant and professional. I’ll be giving Rexall and it’s pharmacy all my business from now on.
Do not go this slack, incapable pharmacy. They gave me the wrong change last year. I never checked the change they game me. They called the police who then called me. They claim they had the transaction on camera but refused to show it to me. So I think they just ripped me off. Check your change so they don't rip you off. Also the Philippine daytime assistant told me she would call when my prescription was faxed and prepared. She never did. No excuse can be given. This is a Pharmacy not Dollarama. They never called. So I called after 18 hours and it was ready. This Assistant is lost and should be fired. I am contacting the better business bureau and college of pharmacists to make a official complaint. I urge everyone to do the same. I have stage 3 cancer an I am in constant severe paIn.The pharmacy knows this and was negligent do not call me. They frequently do not have any medication available and you have to wait days sometimes. Below 0 rating for this loser establishment.
The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician both are not honest. They gave a less amount of syrup to my baby. The medication was supposed to last 5 days, but they gave me medication that last only 3 days. Please give the right amount of medication to patients
Cynthia from pharmacy is amazing!!! I absolutely love this pharmacy as the male pharmacist is also very nice. I transferred all my files from another more convenient location because of Cynthia's service!! She is awesome
