Arsh and Zainab were super helpful throughout the entire ear piercing process. The whole thing took just a few minutes and was done easily and professionally. Everything was very clean, and they explained each step clearly while being incredibly kind and patient. The store has a variety of items and was also very clean :).
I want to give a shout to Tasnemah at the piercing station. She did an excellent job with my daughter who got a first piercing today. Tasnemah was quite gentle, pleasant and this gave my daughter a very positive experience. Thank you so much!
Was scammed by the girl who does ear piercings; she charged me $60 for the $35 piercing that was shown on the website. She said there were no piercings under $60. When I checked the website for the Scarborough location, I saw that she was lying.
They have great stuff for little girls. The store employees though are really rude. Both are older ladies and extremely bitter. Need younger people working here who would actually enjoy working here!
Good ear piercings but they are lying to the customers taking ur email address, postal code everything for a new free pairs of earrings but they never contact or email free earrings are just a big lie to the customers.
My daughter visited Claire’s at Scarborough Town Centre mall and used her discount. After an hour, she changed her mind and wanted to exchange the items with another one same price . The lady at the counter informed us that the discount couldn't be reapplied, which was disappointing. We will not come back again
My daughter has her ear piercing on this store, I paid $125 for gold plated earrings. Unfortunately what they use, is metal not gold plated. Although we apllied the disinfectant solution my daughter has a serious infection as she is allergic to metal. Also the piercing is closed! and we have to do the piercing again.
