When I walk in this place the staff there are knowledgeable about the tech you need. But, I was looking for a headphone and they recommended me with a jbl headphone which is a good price. So, I am going to enjoy the headphone.
What a wonderful purchasing experience, absolute pleasure dealing with people who know their stuff. Also, got a cracking deal on a set of Monitor Audio speakers from Steve. Top bloke. Highly recommended.
Thanks to Gary, Cheryl and Steve at G&G Electronics for my new Project 2Experience turntable. I was having trouble assembling it myself and Gary took the time to assemble it for me and as a result I was able to listen to some of my favourite records right away. If you value customer service and product expertise G & G has you covered. You won’t find better prices or selection anywhere else. I highly recommend you check G & G out before you make a purchasing decision
Terrible experience. I made a purchase on best buy marketplace which was through G&G. The headphones they sold us were extremely oversized and looked worn. We did not even fully open the item as soon as we saw the condition. When we tried to explain the situation we were told for hygiene reasons they did not take returns on headphones. That would have been totally acceptable if it was listed and or advised when the product was purchased, let alone given to us in the condition it was. They refused to process a refund or give us any type of credit.
Just picked-up a New Sony 55" TV from Steve and the team @ G & G Electronics. Excellent product and an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for home electronics.
