My friend took his laptop to this store to fix the laptop, expecting a simple repair. Instead, the laptop was returned in terrible condition — it now has severe cracks and damage that were not there before. The technicians clearly handled it carelessly, and the store took no proper responsibility for what happened. It’s really upsetting to see such poor service and lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your devices.
Thank you for your reply. I’m writing this from another account because I can’t reply to your response on my original review. I never dropped my laptop. When I brought it in, the only issue was the hinge, and I carried it carefully. The technician who accepted it didn’t mention any existing damage. I even told them the lid couldn’t close. When I picked it up after the repair, the back cover was cracked, the padding had been ripped off and poorly re-glued, and the bottom panel wasn’t screwed in properly. When I asked about the damage, the staff refused to take any responsibility for it. If the service was 30$ I wouldn’t even complain But For a $90 service, I expected much better workmanship and accountability. Instead, I was left with additional damage (back part cracked, screen padding ripped,poorly screwed in the back,misaligned back cover) and no support from the shop. I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their devices here.
DO NOT COME HERE!! My laptop had a hinge issue, and I went here to get it fixed. This laptop is heavy, and I couldn’t close the lid because of the issue, so I had to carry it all the way from home. I gave it to them for repair. When I came back to pick it up, the Asian guy who was fixing my laptop told me there was a crack on the backside and that it couldn’t be fixed. I said I brought it in in tip-top condition, but he kept talking with absolutely zero responsibility for his mistake. Then I spoke to another employee, an Indian guy, and he literally admitted he dropped my laptop before it was fixed. When I said it wasn’t my responsibility that it was cracked, he disregarded it and tried to claim the inside was already cracked. They took zero responsibility for their mistake. When I got home, I saw the bottom part of my laptop was opened and completely misaligned, and the padding in the hinge area was completely ripped apart. I paid $90 for this, and I’m a kid. Please do not come here for your own sake.
Very knowledgeable and honest staff !! Helped me solve the issue that no one was able to help out with. I initially walked into the wrong store which was next to this store with a similar name and got ripped off and then came to know by someone it’s TECH SOURCE ! Do not buy from this store. I bought a surveillance camera and it stopped working after 1 year. The owner explained i need a new version, so I bought it and was told I could exchange with the year with the warranty . Now the USB piece fell inside and the owner is refusing to fix or exchange. Won't even give me the information for the company to call and resolve this default product . Do not waste your money everything here i realize is second hand even behind the glass case.
MY WIFE THOUGHT IT WOULD BEEN A GREAT IDEA TOO GET A PS4 CONTROLLER FOR MY 12 YR OLD SON FOR THIS CHRISTMAS. WHEN THE DAY CAME IT NEVER WORK MY WIFE CARRIED IT BACK ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT AN ADDITIONAL $10 IS REQUIRED TO OBTAINED A BETTER WORKING ONE.SO IN SHORT THEY DONT HAVE GOOD STUFF AT THIS AND THEY TOTALLY DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR HARD EARN CASH EVEN IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES...?
