I recently completed the JSW program at ACCES Employment, and it was an excellent experience. The sessions were very helpful, especially for newcomers learning about the Canadian job market, job search strategies, and available support services. I want to give a special thank you to Lubica Halamova, who was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Her guidance made a big difference in my learning experience. Highly recommend this program to any newcomer looking to build confidence and gain practical job search skills.

The team at here is knowledgeable and supportive. They helped me identify my strengths and develop a job search strategy. This boosted my confidence level. Special thanks for Ms Orin Chowdhury. Highly recommend their services specially for job seekers!

I’m a newcomer to Canada and recently completed the Job Search Workshop (JSW) program offered by ACCES Employment. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to you, Lubica Halamova, for the guidance and support you provided throughout the program. The sessions were incredibly insightful and gave me a much clearer understanding of the Canadian job market, resume writing, and interview preparation. I especially appreciated your encouraging and practical approach, which made the learning experience both effective and enjoyable. Thank you for your dedication and for sharing such valuable resources during the program. As a newcomer, I found this program to be an excellent stepping stone, and I highly recommend it to other newcomers who are navigating their job search in Canada.

I am extremely grateful to Patricia at Access Scarborough for her outstanding support. She carefully handled and submitted my documents for evaluation with great attention to detail and professionalism. Her kindness and dedication truly made the process seamless. I highly recommend her services!

I found the ACCES last October and had the honor of meeting Atul. He is so kind to me, help me and like my family to support me. I had applied for BJO, It’s a long process. Atul was with me all the time and even helped me choose a better major. I will be starting my training next Monday. So friends, if you have any job problems, talk to him. He will definitely try his best to find a solution for you.

My experience with this agency was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My first application for Better Jobs Ontario was rejected due to an 'unacceptable' skill training program, despite the agency's confirmation that it was acceptable. I followed their advice and reapplied with a more suitable program, only to be rejected again — this time due to my income level. This is the same income I had during the first application, and if it was an issue, it should have been flagged by the agency from the start. I feel completely misled and that my time was wasted. I could have applied for OSAP instead of relying on this agency, which poorly managed the process and caused me to lose an entire semester. I would give this agency a negative rating if I could.

I've had the worst experience being associated with them. I do not know about other staff, but our Consultant, Mr. Atul Madan, who took our JSW program, demotivated me and forced me to complete the assignments and attend his session instead of attending my interview calls! He demoralized me that I would never land a job if I do not attend his sessions. He objected when I placed my interviews during his session because he said it would create a bad image of him in the group if one person does not show up! I would never recommend anyone to attend his sessions because it would be of no use, no help for job, no references, just a waste of time and emotionally draining, in my case.
