Picture of my lashes taken today on dec 17 as it is mentioned on picture as well. And the conversation I had within a week of my lashes done. I had volume lashes done and paid $150. It can be seen that lashes didn't stay even a week. And i was blamed that I didn't inform within two days of my lashes done. And then the comment was made that I am stressful which is why I am argumenting for non satisfactory service instead of resolving my issue. She also blamed me that I am twisting my words. She was trying to catch my words instead of paying attention to what happen with me and give me a satisfactory option. However, words can be twisted but evidence of results cannot be.
Selvi is such a wonderful and delightful lash tech. From the get go, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is extremely kind, informative and warm and she took the time to explain to me the different types of lash style, what would suit me best, how to maintain lashes and the procedure and products she uses and stops at no length to provide you with the best results. Her application is efficient, comfortable and delivers amazing results. Her products and results are of high quality and I always leave feeling extremely happy. She answers all my questions without hesitation and delivers the best looks without damaging your natural lashes which I am very happy about. Best conversations, clean place and I always look forward to getting my lashes done.

I got my lashes done today by Selvi and honestly, it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, she was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time to explain all the different types of lashes, how long they last, what kind of maintenance they need, and most importantly what style would actually suit me best. What I loved most is that she didn’t just give me any set of lashes she fully customized them to match my eye shape and what would look best on me. No one has ever done that before! She was so patient, answered all my questions without rushing, and still managed to be super quick and efficient with the application. The final result looked so natural and flattering I’m honestly obsessed! I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Terrible!!! The room are extremely small and looks like a garbage dump. Dirty, messy ... The bed is covered with black garbage bag. I have never seen such a horrible conditions. I run from there terrified and shocked!
Selvi is such a lovely person, She made me very comfortable in her workplace & I’ve done individual semi permanent eyelash she explained everything little by little & helped me choose the best one I want.
