I had an excellent experience with Jag hardwood floor refinishing. Anne was very nice over the phone, and very prompt with her responses by text message. The next day, the company sent Gino to fix some damage to my hardwood floor. Most companies in Toronto do not fix isolated hardwood damage, and will charge you thousands of dollars, and will only show up to fix your entire floor. In this situation, I just needed some cosmetic work done on a small section of my floor. Jag was one of the few companies in Toronto that would even take on this type of project. For $400 they were able to fix the section that had minor damage. I am very grateful that they did. And I will definitely use this company again in the future! I am really OCD about scratches and damage, and Jag not only fixed my floor, but also helped alleviate my anxiety. The customer service was second to none. Thank you!!!! I hired this company to do restore my hardwood floors. I booked two weeks in advance, finalized the details, price and stain colour. The owner a day before the job tried to raise the price on me, when that didnt work she text me stating the contractor will not come because the project is small. I was getting ready to sell and left me hanging after i removed everything my living and family room. She was very unprofessional on the phone, gave me no solution, just simply cancelled.
