It is our second time using Move for Less and again, everything went smoothly from pick-up to delivery. Though there was a very slight damage on one of the boxes the first time we used them, this time everything was intact. No damage on the 3 boxes. I also made several follow-ups through Messenger and they responded promptly. I am very pleased with their service. Will use them again for sure.
? GHOSTER If you want to be ghosted this is the perfect company. They rescheduled my appointment to end up ditching us. No decency to even call back or text after all the confirmation.
If there's an option for 0, I would use this one. I was always promised that our boxes will be picked up and no one showed up. Wasted 2.weekends for nothing.
Bad service. The employee could not wait . I ask him to wait it was only 10 minutes to double tape the box. He left right away no patience . Not professional. He is destroying the image of the company
