Lots of merchandise variety from many different popular series! Although a bit pricey, it’s to be expected as this store sells a lot of blind boxes and I would definitely recommend! My personal highlight would be the trade option for the blind boxes, where if you don’t like what you get, you can trade it for another from the same box series in the trade container! The fact that there’s also a section for unboxing with chairs is amazing too! Overall, I’ve been here multiple times, and no doubt I’m coming back!
Great place to find cute blind boxes for gifts or for yourself! The staff is friendly and willing to help find what you need. The back of the store has an Artist Alley that rotates in new products monthly. There's always something new to enjoy at Mr. Surprise!
This place is the best for blind boxes and anything cute! Not only are their prices great, their customer service is unmatched! They also help to facilitate sales and trades within the community! Everyone is super nice, and I'd like to especially shoutout DeeJay, Selena, Ming Ming, Mo and Lan <3 Don't forget to check out their livestreams, you won't regret it ;)
They were so sweet! I messed up my artist alley card and they fixed it in no time! I felt horrible but they acted quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Christina for taking care of me and my friend!!
I love this store! I would love to see Mr. Surprise in the states, the people were so sweet and patient. I love that they support local artistry! My girl Christina was the sweetest and everyone there was so helpful! I will definitely be visiting again! <3

We visit this place from time to time but very disappointed with this 2025 CNY event. We look forward to enjoy the CNY fun again when we saw their posters everywhere, we followed all their steps but when we want to redeem our Mala Tang on Sunday February 9, the staff said the event ends “today”. I mentioned that “today” is February 9 and it’s the last day we can redeem, but the staff said it ends at 7pm, which none of the staffs nor the posters on the wall or stores have ever mentioned before. Our little kids are just very disappointed and we wish that they could’ve made the instruction clearer and make sure their staff informed clients about some key information regarding the event.
