Ace glass did an excellent job of making and installing a shower enclosure. Fast, responsive and gave a good price that I was comfortable with. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Ace Glass installed a glass door in our new bathroom, and left without telling us about the damage they caused to our new tile, though still sent an immediate request for payment. When we inquired about the damage, they said they didn't know how to fix it and asked us to troubleshoot. When we asked about their organizational policy for damage to customer's homes, we were told there was not one. We received many more requests for payment prior to their return to repair. Ace Glass returned to address the damage, though was adamant on coming at time that was not convenient for us. When they left, we noted that it was better but not completely fixed. We were once again asked for immediate payment. When we inquired about a minor discount given the challenges, we were told they did not believe it was warranted and could return to continue addressing it. Ultimately, we decided to pay in full and move on as we did not trust the team given that they chose not to tell us about the damage they caused despite many opportunities to do so. Overall, based on our experience, Ace Glass appears to value your money more than honesty and integrity and so, we do not recommend.
Amazing experience! I needed a custom countertop glass piece cut and Ace Glass was one of the only places that could do the shape we needed and for a great price! Was told it would be 10 business days but they finished early and the piece is fantastic! Thank you again!
The tempered glass from my shower door shattered in the middle of the night for some odd reason, so I called Ace Glass first thing in the morning. I was asked some intelligent questions initially to ensure the replacmeent was done correctly, and then I was provided with a reasonable quote to replace the glass and reinstall my shower door. Within an hour or two a service tech popped by and carefully cleaned the remaining mess and took away the door. The new door was replaced properly within the promised timeframe. The service was prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Ace Glass.
I highly recommend.. for those DIY projects with glass.. Friendly and approachable.. They won't force you to get their installation service unlike others. I replaced a big thermal glass of my window, brought my measurements, ready after a week.. heavy quality glass.. Fits perfectly.. they have the lowest qoute of all I called but the glass I got feels strong and way thicker than the one I replaced with.. now I'm planning to order a glass to top our dining table..
