A violent burglar smashed my patio window shattering it completely. Glass everywhere and still falling from the frame. Called PM and Chris and Phillip came same day despite their busy schedule. Cleaned up all the glass and boarded up the windows to block the winter draft. Ordered a replacement and installed next week. Top notch quality service. And Chris really knows windows explaining the differences and why a cheaper non laminate panel is actually better. Really impressed with how he thinks. Absolutely outstanding service—prompt, reliable, and professional. Our backyard sliding door was damaged during a break-in, so I called PM Glass on a Saturday night to explain the situation. Christopher asked for a photo, and within five minutes of sending it, I received a detailed and very reasonable quote. He arrived Monday morning to take measurements, and the new glass was installed by Wednesday morning. Chris at PM Glass was amazing! We had a very positive experience. Prompt, professional and friendly. His outstanding and quick service was definitely a breath of fresh air during a stressful time. He came to clean up and board up our window after midnight on a Friday night, then was able to get the window fully replaced by Monday, not even 1 full business day later. I hope nobody is ever in a situation where these services are needed, but in these unfortunate circumstances I would highly recommend Chris!
A well run, professional and courteous family business! Pierre and his son were a pleasure to work with. I provided measurements for the window and the glass was ordered right away (custom size) and replaced within a week. They even came beforehand and taped the window appropriately until the glass arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring window replacement services.
