I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ken Jewelry. I visited the store to purchase a chain with my daughter's name, and while the initial consultation seemed promising, the situation quickly deteriorated. I was told that images of the design would be sent for my daughter to approve, with a request for cursive writing. However, the three images provided were not satisfactory, as they did not meet the cursive requirement. Upon returning to the store, I was informed that only the three templates provided were available. Since none of them met our needs, we requested a refund. Despite not receiving any product or taking anything from the store, Ken insisted that I pay the tax. Although dissatisfied, I agreed, but when I asked for the refund to be credited back to my debit card, I was told that this was not possible, and I was given cash instead. Overall, I am highly unsatisfied with the service provided. The lack of transparency regarding design limitations and the inability to process a simple refund back to my debit card is unacceptable. Customers should be informed of these hidden policies upfront to avoid similar disappointments. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for personalized jewelry.
Ken is very knowledgeable, trust worthy and experienced jeweler. My family has been going to him for years. I started visiting him on my own after I got my own child. He's a great jeweler!
My wife’s engagement ring had a diamond missing due to broken clasp. Ken was able to replace the missing diamond and repaired the clasp holder all on the same day. Plus he cleaned the ring and it looks brand new. A big thank you to Ken ?
I don't normally write reviews. But, I took my favorite watch to Ken's to get some work done. He fixed it at a reasonable price, and I am quite satisfied. What really impressed me was he buffed out the scratches on the bracelet and body at no cost. He didn't even mention that he did so. Fantastic customer service.
Ken and Randal are great! Ever since I started buying from them almost 5 years ago they are the only ones that I shop with. They are always helpful, patient, and kind. I will continue to recommend them to everyone that I know!
