Tamil Kadai is not answering any phone calls or not replying to voice mails, we ordered grocery, the payment has gone through but no tracking number, parcel has not received. I noticed Tamil Kadai is proudly saying “if any issue with the order contact to the customer service number” not even answering the calls in Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. I am tired of spending time with this poor service. I would not recommend to anyone.
We bought from here for the first time and it would be our last time buying from here. Products advertised are not the products given and when they make a mistake or miss an item they will not refund. I would not shop here again or will I recommended to anyone to shop here.
Very bad experience. Placed one order online with this company. They delivered with missing products, substituted wrong products without consulting me as per their Terms and Conditions.. added one item that I didn't even order.. and then charged my credit card without adjusting for these mistakes. They charged a delivery fee of $14.99. I made the trip to their warehouse to return the wrongly delivered products.. at my expense, at which point I was promised that a refund for the overcharge would be sent as an email transfer. After few repeated phone calls, their attempt at sending the refund was first.. an email with an invoice for a lesser refund amount..as a coupon for future orders ..but with no code. When questioned.. they tried another attempt at refund.. by sending an invoice charging my Paypal account, rather than doing the email transfer as promised. When questioned again about this mistake, after numerous calls back and forth, I finally received the refund for the overcharge. It's not the money. This is very disappointing in terms of online purchase.. and very poor Customer Service. As a customer, I would not be purchasing any products through this company in the future.
