The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, the toppings are crisp, and the sauces take everything to the next level. Staff are friendly, quick, and clearly care about quality and customer service. Clean location, consistent food, and great value for the price. Easily one of the best spots in the area, highly recommend!
The chicken shawarma family feast was phenomenal. I've had chicken shawarma from many places but these were the best wraps I've ever had. Next time I'm back in town, I'll be sure to come back.
They charge more than what they have displayed on the menu in store as well as on the internet. Did not have a good experience. I ordered saj wraps and the guy told they have run out of that bread. The cost of the family feast chicken shawarma, as displayed should have been $49.99, but they charged me 53. Not a big difference but its against the business ethics.
We used to eat here weekly, but ever since the staffing changed, the level of service has noticeably declined. It’s disappointing, especially because the previous two staff members always made us feel welcome and consistently served generous portions. While I have nothing against the current workers personally, it feels like management has cut corners with training or portion standards. I recently ordered a chicken shawarma plate, which includes salad and potatoes, and was surprised to see only two tomato slices in the salad and a very small serving of potatoes. I also had to repeatedly ask for more sauce and toppings—something that was never an issue before. If this were a one-time occurrence, I wouldn’t mention it, but unfortunately, it’s been consistent with each visit lately. Cutting back from five tomato slices to two isn’t going to save the business much, but it does affect the customer experience. We now only come here occasionally, and I genuinely hope management retrains the staff to bring back the quality and portions that made this place a favorite.
I recently visited this place and ordered the beef shawarma salad. To my surprise, the staff repeated my order but then offered me chicken instead, claiming it was cheaper. It felt like they were trying to push the chicken on me rather than provide the beef I originally wanted. After some back-and-forth, I requested a refund because I didn't appreciate the time wasted or the attempt to upsell me. I don't recommend coming here, as it seems they're just trying to sell the chicken regardless of what you order. Additionally, the vegetables looked dead. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this place based on my visit.
Please train your employees. I am regular customer of pitaland your location is very close to my house so I want to buy food here First of all your food on plates is very less compare to Ajax and downtown pitaland. Second you guys put very less sauce when I asked extra sauce they charged me extra money. I have request please ask other pitaland locations to decrease their food on plates or you increase their plates
