My friends and I have been coming here every week because of the amazing food and service. We enjoy the sweet chilli mac and cheese so much!! Definitely a must if you’re craving for a good mac and cheese! They have so many options!!
I'm giving them four stars because, although the food is great, the portions have recently decreased. I have also noticed that if you're there in person, they fill your food container but they do not do the same for delivery. I would recommend their chicken caesar wrap, BBQ chicken on rice, fries and poutine. I used to enjoy their chicken wings; however, those can be undercooked at times. I'm not sure if they have multiple chefs but I have had undercooked chicken wings on three separate occasions. The last time was enough to completely turn me off of their wings for good.
I really didn't want to write a bad review, but after the experience I had, I feel like it's justified. The staff treated us like we were a burden. They were extremely rude and condescending, making us feel completely unwelcome. I tried asking about the different options they had, but the looks I got from them were like I was dumb for even asking. It was so uncomfortable, and honestly, I've never been treated so poorly before.
claim to have best poutine in town let me tell you lol worse poutine i have had :( even mcdonald’s is better unfortunately its salty and the sauce is so thin you’d think your having soup burgers are pretty good prices are kind of decent but would i go back? probably not anyways mcdonald’s is around the corner you’ll be just as happy and spend less plus a free refill.
My fiancé and I came here to get some lunch. Our first time coming here. We walked in with our little puppy and the cashier was very nice towards us. Waiting time was about 10-15 mins for food to cook. The fish sandwich with fries was alright 4/10 just the bread was burnt a bit and too hard to eat. My fiancé ordered the bacon burger and he said it was alright 6/10. While we were eating the cashier brought over a stand that says please give us a review. I wanted to enjoy my meal with my man but he had to come interrupt our lunch. Also both washrooms are out of service as well. I may not be coming back here, would recommend to go somewhere else.
Ordered Uber Eats. We go here all the time, been three months since going here due to personal issues. We ordered our usual and somehow the crispy chicken poutine and burgers has spicy chipotle mayo LATHERED all over it to the point for my tolerance is almost inedible for my stomach. They also charged us for extra cheese curds $3.00!!! We did not receive this or get our money back. We called and the owner or whoever it was was very aggressive trying to argue with us calling us liars. The service use to be good but whoever there now I will never be a regular again. Thanks Burger St also PS their interior is very run down for the area.?
They've been there with proper, soul satisfying food when I needed it most (didn't even take advantage of them like I should've while I lived down the street, regrettably, but so delicious! and the best late night hours anywhere nearby)
