Advance hobby DOES NOT include any esc with their tamiya tt-02 kits,yet charge the same or more than other hobby stores that include the hobbywing 1060 esc. Take your business to pinnicle hobby,aj hobbies, xtreme hobby or big boys cool toys; they include the esc for the same price.

after spending $500 in repairs for my car, it is even more broken. replaced engine because they said my old engine was shot they lied. i bought new engine from them, they only added a few parts claiming i dont get a whole new engine (i paid$200)didn't work,still doesn't l.they broke my push rods they bent them they now need replacement they took no responsibility. they broke my brakes blamed me when i told them my brakes were new when i brought it in. they removed and didn't reinstall screws to a important gear, it went flying off cost me $30 to replace. after 5 visits my car still doesn't work. i think it may have been intentionally or they are not equipped to handle 2stroke gas engines. I wouldn't recommend them. now he says im not being honest , why would i lie. you charged me over $500 in parts(scam) and labour. you be honest.your mechanic did not know what he was doing and you overcharged me. YOU BE HONEST.

Just phoned and talked to a gentleman about RC Boats. Asked him a couple of questions about them but you could tell right away because I wasn't buying anything right away he didn't have time for me. Also was giving me miss information. I was going to buy some things from his store but you can tell the after service would not be good. Re reply from owner. I called the number on your website and someone at your store did indeed answer my call on July 29th at 4:14pm as you can see in the attached call log. I am perplexed as to why you would not simply apologize for the negative customer experience I received from your store. May I suggest a simple follow up with staff then since you are unaware of this. I know as the owner you must want to ensure the highest customer experience.

Great staff and very helpful, the variety of paint is extraordinary. I've going to this business for almost 20yrs and would be very sad to lose a pillar of the community like this.

**WARNING** They do not offer refunds and refused to do an exchange three times. Even worse the owner took every penny of my son's birthday money for a defective toy army truck and then blamed the 10 year old for it not working for more than 15 min. The owner claimed the toy truck was not a toy but something to teach him how to fix broken toys. I kept cool as my son was already in tears after being blamed for this garbage breaking as soon as he tried to play with it. I went back later and when he tried to say the same lies to me I told him what he really was so he called security. Beware of this man and his unprofessional and dishonest business practices.

UPDATE: Stopped in at 11:05, supposed to open at 11 am. Closed, no lights on, no signs of anyone there. Thought I'd give them one more try. Not sure if its their employee who is responsible for opening, not very responsible regardless and not up for sticking around waiting again like before. No consideration for peoples time. Waited for 30 min past the scheduled opening time for the owners to show to open, no sign of them. Asked mall security, said they keep odd hours. No consideration for shoppers. Will be going back to Hornet Hobbies. At least they are there when the store sign says.

When I took it I made the mistake of trusting you thinking it was good and you never even apologized just made up some laime excuse that the body was difficult to estimate. Then why did you reassure me that you could do if without a problem? I paid for you mistake I should get a big discount on my next paint job from you guys... I that's right you don't paint body's anymore wonder why You gave it back to me without me knowing the camber was off just so you could try cover up your mistake and when I brought it back to show you that you simply said you're not involved

    What a scam? According to our record in July, the Duratrax 1/6 scale gasoline buggy was only charged $85 for labor. Please be Honest!

    We have already explained such products' warranty are covered by distributors or suppliers (contact information were provided) that customers need to claim directly. Of course, customers can buy parts to fix any broken pieces or wear and tear for those non toy grade models.

    You came to our store once a while in the past. When you came to our store and we fixed the body problem. Everything was good. By the time you left, you were happy with your car body.
