After my initial review, the manager(Stephanie)personally contacted me, visited my home, and ensured everything was cleaned thoroughly. The service today was excellent and met my expectations. I really appreciate the quick response and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for making it right.
This review is not service related. I had a rather disheartening experience with this branch of Merry Maids. I dropped in on my way to gym this pm to enquire about their hiring as I'd recently been chatting to someone looking for a parttime cleaning job. The door was answered by an oldish white lady with blonde hair. The unprovoked passive aggression and hostility she treated me with caught me completed off guard. Firstly it became clear that she had no intention of letting me in, and talked to me through a slightly ajar door. I must have unconsciously placed my hand on the door, no harm intended or done. Her response was to very loudly and patronizingly shout that I should not place my weight on the door. I'm a grown 42 year old woman and was condescendingly admonished like an elementary school child for no apparent reason. My guess is she saw a black person at the door and immediately assumed that I'd be some kind of physical threat? I don't know. It is (almost the end of) 2024, please do better, as a service organization you should be treating all people with respect and courtesy, even those who don't immediately look like potential customers.
Cleanings are done well and are good value for the price but customer service extremely disappointing, rude and rushed. I was hung up on by the customer service person because I wanted to put a hold on my cleanings and didn't have the exact date I wanted to start back at. Would not use again.
I know most comments and reviews state 5 stars and have written good comments about this company, however, I found few bad ones that makes you not to use their services. The reason I am saying this, those negative comments were honest. You can just tell. I am gonna give them a try and will see.
Always on time with fast and good service. Girls are very meticulous and good at their work. I am so glad I decided to call them for a quote when I did. I've been a very happy customer ever since.
Three cleaners moved right in and immediately went to their assigned area and worked away diligently until they had done. They were friendly, and considerate and professional. The quality control person reviewed all they had done. My wife was thrilled with the sparkling house when she returned.
Merry Maids is awesome! The staff are professional, thorough and friendly. They are great with our wonderful (rather large) puppy. I would recommend to anyone.
