I found this experience quite unprofessional. We arranged to meet Mr. Singh well in advance for Saturday. When we called him Saturday morning as requested, we were told either to come in 45 minutes or that he was booked for the entire day. This seemed like a poorly managed approach, especially for someone with a military background. I regret spending two hours on the initial consultation, where he mostly boasted about himself, only to encounter unprofessionalism later. It seems he has lost touch with his roots, as he struggles to converse in his mother tongue. Overall, I am quite disappointed. Zero stars.
